LUXURY of LABOUR™: Dress-Making Workshop

Due to the success of the last ‘Luxury of Labour’ workshops we are running a further series of five workshops designed to celebrate the art of dress-making. Create, cut and make – your own individual dress design from our pattern block. The workshop is suitable for all levels – no experience is required.
Dates: Sundays: 28th February – 28th March
Time: 2-5 pm
Cost: £110 for the series of five workshops.
The course will introduce all aspects of fashion design through to dress making including:
- Developing your personal ‘mood board’
- Introduction to fabrics and colour palettes
- Pattern cutting and sample making
- Sewing techniques
- Fabric selection
- Dress-making and finishing
